Cancelling a registration

To cancel, write to support@lasacon2026.com from the email address the registration was made with, quoting your registration number. The registration is cancelled and the entry pass is withdrawn.

Consider transferring instead

If you cannot attend but a colleague can, transferring costs nothing and is available until 6 December 2026. Write to the secretariat with your registration number and the name, email and category of the person attending in your place; a new entry pass is issued and the original is cancelled.

Spot registrations made at the venue cannot be transferred.

If the organisers cancel

If LASACON 2026 is cancelled by the organisers, registration fees are refunded in full to the original payment method and no action is needed from you. If the conference is postponed, registrations carry to the new dates; a delegate who cannot attend the new dates should write to the secretariat.

Sponsors, exhibitors and advertisers

A sponsorship, exhibition or advertising booking is confirmed against an invoice from the Organizing Secretary and is not cancellable once confirmed. An unpaid booking simply lapses when its hold expires and the slot returns to the catalogue — nothing is charged and nothing needs to be cancelled. Questions go to org.sec@lasacon2026.com.

Charged twice, or charged for nothing

That is a payment error, not a cancellation, and it is handled differently — verified charges are refunded in full. See duplicate or failed payments.
