Industry showcase session
Pitch your work to the hall
Companies can present their work in a dedicated one-hour session during the conference, for ₹75,000 inclusive of 18% GST. Choose a slot and the Organizing Secretary confirms it and raises an invoice.

Terms and conditions
- LASACON 2026 will provide the seminar venue/hall and basic arrangements required for conducting the sponsored session.
- The sponsoring organisation will be responsible for the content, presentation, speakers, product/technology demonstration, promotional material, and overall conduct of the session.
- Audience mobilisation and promotion of the session will be the sole responsibility of the sponsoring organisation. LASACON 2026 does not guarantee or take responsibility for the number of attendees for the sponsored session.
- The sponsor may independently promote the session through its own email campaigns, social media, digital platforms, invitations, advertisements, or other promotional channels, subject to applicable LASACON guidelines.
- To support promotional activities, LASACON 2026 may provide the available registered delegate details, such as name, email ID, and contact number, subject to applicable consent, privacy, and data-sharing requirements.
- LASACON 2026 will not be responsible for the design, distribution, content, or performance of sponsor-led promotional activities.
- The sponsoring organisation shall ensure that all claims, advertisements, product information, and presentations are accurate, lawful, and compliant with applicable regulatory and professional requirements.
- The sponsored session should be conducted within the time slot allocated by the LASACON 2026 organising committee.
- LASACON 2026 reserves the right to modify or reject any promotional material or content that is considered inappropriate, misleading, offensive, or inconsistent with the objectives of the conference.

Payment details for sponsors and exhibitors
- Online only — sponsorship tiers, the Gala Dinner, Industry showcase sessions, exhibition stalls, and compendium advertising and branding are all booked and paid through the secure gateway (card, UPI or net banking).
- A sponsor outside India is routed to the Organizing Secretary instead, since a foreign remittance needs a different account.
- Your booking reference, receipt and confirmation are issued automatically once the gateway confirms payment.
