Registration

• All registrations are completed online through this website. Offline registrations are not accepted.
• Early-bird rates apply until 15 November 2026. Standard rates apply after that date, and spot rates apply at the venue.
• The Student / Research Scholar / Start-up rate requires a bonafide letter, verified at the registration desk.
• The pre-conference workshop on 9 December is a separate registration with its own fee.

Payment

• Payment is made through the portal only, by card, UPI or net banking. An auto-generated receipt is issued the moment the gateway confirms payment.
• Sponsors, exhibitors and vendors pay through the same gateway at the time of booking. Accuprec remits the applicable GST.
• A sponsor outside India is routed to the Organizing Secretary instead of booking online, since a foreign remittance needs a different account.

Abstracts

• Abstracts submitted after 15 November 2026 will not be accepted or considered for the competition.
• The Organizing Committee decides whether an accepted abstract is presented orally or as a poster.
• Abstracts that do not meet the submission requirements may be returned for modification.

Exhibition and sponsorship

• Exhibition space and advertising positions are allocated on a first come, first served basis.
• LASA corporate members receive a 5% discount on exhibitor sponsorship tiers.
• Detailed entitlements are communicated to confirmed sponsors by the Organizing Committee.

Programme changes

The programme published on this website is provisional. The Organizing Committee reserves the right to modify session titles, timings, speakers and the important dates listed on this site. Any change will be communicated through this website.

Post-conference tour

The Statue of Unity tour on 12 December 2026 is optional, priced separately. Advance registration recommended.

Cancellation and refunds

• Non-refundable — once a registration is confirmed the fee cannot be refunded in whole or in part, for any reason, including non-attendance. The same applies to the pre-conference workshop, the Statue of Unity tour, and all sponsorship, exhibition and advertising bookings.
• Transfers — a registration may be transferred to a colleague at no charge up to 6 December 2026. Spot registrations made at the venue cannot be transferred.
• If the organisers cancel — fees are refunded in full to the original payment method. If the conference is postponed, registrations carry to the new dates.
• Duplicate or failed charges — refunded in full once verified against our records and the payment gateway's.
