Delivery is electronic

On successful payment, a confirmation, a receipt and a QR entry pass are emailed to the address given at registration, normally within a few minutes.

The pass is also available at any time from My Account, so a lost email is never a lost pass.

At the venue

Delegate badges and conference materials are collected in person at the registration desk at the Ahmedabad Management Association, on the days you are registered for. Bring the QR pass, on a phone or printed; the desk scans it.

If a confirmation has not arrived

Check the spam or promotions folder first, then sign in to My Account, where the pass is always available. If nothing has arrived within 24 hours, write to support@lasacon2026.com with the name and email used, and the payment reference if you have it.

Sponsors, exhibitors and advertisers

Booking confirmations and invoices are emailed by the Organizing Secretary; exhibition space, branding and compendium advertising are delivered at the venue and in the printed compendium.
