Refund policy

Registration fees for LASACON 2026 are non-refundable Once a registration is confirmed the fee cannot be refunded in whole or in part, for any reason, including non-attendance. This applies equally to the pre-conference workshop on 9 December, the Statue of Unity tour on 12 December, and all sponsorship, exhibition and advertising bookings.

Transferring your registration

A registration may be transferred to a colleague at no charge up to 6 December 2026.

Write to support@lasacon2026.com with your registration number and the name, email and category of the person attending in your place. A new entry pass is issued and the original is cancelled.

Spot registrations made at the venue cannot be transferred.

If the conference is cancelled

If LASACON 2026 is cancelled by the organisers, registration fees are refunded in full to the original payment method. If it is postponed, registrations carry to the new dates.

Duplicate or failed payments

If you have been charged twice for the same registration, or charged for a payment that did not complete and produced no registration, write to support@lasacon2026.com with:

your registration number, if one was issued;
the transaction reference or payment ID for each charge;
a bank or card statement showing the debit.

Each claim is verified against our records and the payment gateway's. Verified duplicate or failed charges are refunded in full to the original payment method within 7 to 10 working days. Claims without supporting evidence cannot be processed.

This applies only to payment errors and is not a route to cancel a registration.
